01.
GET IN TOUCH
Once you have your venue and date locked in, please reach out to see if I'm free. I book no farther than 12 months out and no fewer than 3 weeks before the date. If so, we'll set up a time to meet in person (very important!) to discuss your needs and to plan your day. Detailed pricing, product menu, and an agreement will be provided at that time.
02.
LET'S CONNECT
We'll meet in person (or over zoom if we're far apart) for about 45-60 minutes. This is our chance to really connect and decide if we're the right fit for one another. I invite everyone to part take in this meeting (parents, planners, friends), but I insist on at least both marrying partners be present. I know in an "uber eats, one-click, gotta-have-it-now" world it's temping to want to e-sign and Venmo the money to get it off the list, but I promise you our meeting will be time well spent. In 18 + years and thousands of clients, I've learned that forming a relationship together prior to working together makes all the difference and is an absolute must.
03.
MAKE IT OFFICIAL
When you're ready to confirm, the next step is to sign the agreement. I'll send a private e-sign link with a pre-filled agreement that must be signed by both marrying parties as well as all financially responsible parties if they differ. I'll also send you a private payment link to pay your initial balance.
50% of the pre-wedding balance is due to hold the date. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to the wedding. Any post-wedding balance is due at the time of delivery. Cancelation and other terms are outlined in the agreement you will receive.
04.
THE FUN BEGINS
We'll work together to plan every aspect of your day. I'm happy to collaborate with wedding planners, parents, etc., and I'm happy to refer wonderful vendors your way. I offer pre-wedding venue walkthroughs, home visits to discuss wall art planning, and I'm available for any questions or needs as your wedding day draws near.
05.
THE BIG DAY
I'm with you every step of the way on your wedding day. I'll guide you as needed and I'll be as unobtrusive as you like. Your job is to be fully present on your day. My job is to document it.
06.
DELIVERABLES
If you order an optional SNEAK PEEK, you'll receive your link within 1 week of your wedding day.
All galleries will be presented within 6 weeks with the level of editing you choose based on your collection (we'll go into details when we meet). You'll be able to order small gift prints and other items directly from your online site.
We'll meet to discuss albums and wall art shortly after your viewing gallery goes live. Once all tangible goods are approved for production your digital proofs with print permission will be delivered to you.

Just as no two weddings are identical, no two couples' needs or desires are the same. I offer true custom collections that include everything you want, nothing you don't. In my 18 + years experience, most clients find collections ("packages") constraining and limiting in both their creative and financial flexibility. Almost always, clients choose the "closest" fit then ask to personalize the collection to their needs and taste.
For that reason, I offer truly open-menu à la carte pricing and product selections. I start with a robust set of base services included with every wedding, generous product credit for each component, and a wide array of albums and artwork options for design.
